<p>My D has an internship this summer in NYC. She is looking for an apt. in the city for the summer 8-10 weeks. Last year she was at NYU. This year we are looking for something ‘real’. Has anyone dealt with a particular realtor or website that is reliable. I am not interested in having her rent a room in an apartment (to creepy for me). Any suggestions?</p>
<p>92nd Street YMHA. They rent rooms to many young people doing internships. Included is membership in the Y (fitness center , etc). Secure location and facility. Very convenient location, and your kiddo will likely meet others in the same situation as hers.</p>

<p>But if you are interested for THIS summer…you need to make arrangements there now. They fill up rapidly due to the popularity of the place, and the reasonable enough cost.</p>
