<p>Can someone help me with other (reasonable ranked) universities that provide in-state tuition for international students?</p>

<p>University of Alaska at Fairbanks
University of Utah
University of Arizona
University of New Mexico</p>
<p>If none others are available, which of these universities would be the best for a summer program?</p>

Just make sure your academic advisor approves them so that the credits will transfer to your school. Supposedly, Florida has some of the lowest tuition rates.</p>
<p>Thanks for that. I am specifically looking for programs on-campus, so that wouldn’t qualify… :-)</p>
