<p>Does anyone have any thoughts on the summer intensives offered at the NYU School of Continuing and Professional Studies? I am a junior at another university and I am interested in taking the summer intensive in film editing.</p>
<p>According to the website, if I completed the six-week program (there are also four-week and two-week options), I would get a professional certificate in film editing.</p>
<p>The idea of learning film from NYU naturally sounds great to me, but I can’t find any reviews or testimonials from people who have taken any of these programs. Does anyone know anything about the NYU summer intensives, like how many people enroll and what there backgrounds and goals are? What is the significance of the certificate, if any?</p>
