Summer Intern housing in South Boston?

Hi,
Looking for help finding summer housing for my son - Mid June-Mid August Needs to be a easy commute to Summer St. and Dry Dock Avenue. Any thoughts are much appreciated, as I am not the least bit familiar with Boston.

I was thinking either University housing, or a room rental with a nice family?

One possibility would be Suffolk University Summer Housing. It is downtown and walkable to the Seaport District or South Station where he would get the Silver Line bus to the Seaport.

I swear there was an extremely similar thread for temporary housing in the Boston area last summer…anyone remember it to find it??
