Summer language immersion for teens-Concordia?

What is best summer French immersion program for young teens? If you’ve been to Concordia, can you comment on which location?

I know one person who attended Concordia’s French program in Minnesota and was very happy with it. I also know someone who has worked there for several years.

D did two different Concordia french camps and got a lot out of them. Lac du Bois Bemidji was a little less rustic than the one at Hackensack. There were counselors from a number of different French-speaking countries.

Mosquitoes were a problem.

Yes, one of my kids went to Hackensack for a couple of years and had a great time. I think the French Voyagers have a blast if your kid is up for that, too – I know a kid who loved it. My older kid was a villager for many years at Salolampi, the Finnish camp, which is also at the Bemidji location (on the same lake as Lac du Bois).

One of mine had a great experience at Lac de Bois as well, would definitely recommend.

All three are great, with voyageurs being the most physically active and ‘rough’ and Bemidji being the most ‘comfortable’.
