Summer Program Big List- Data/Info - keep adding

Some notes about the next post I’ll be putting up here in this thread:

1 - Yes, I’m crazy - I’ve gone back through all 36 pages of this thread, and looked up every mentioned summer program to see if it still existed, and to look up basic info about the program.
2 - Why? I have a friend who is looking for summer programs for her daughter - and this thread is so difficult to navigate to find the good stuff… and I just got tired of it!
3 - I would respectfully ask that this thread be kept JUST for adding to the BIG LIST - and that all discussion about merits of this or that summer program be taken here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/musical-theater-major/24364-summer-programs-discussion-p89.html (I did NOT peruse all 86 pages over there to see if I missed any programs!)
4 - I have no idea if the info I have will fit in one post - so this may be a 2 parter.
5 - I have a spreadsheet if you want it - PM me.
6 - I have sorted the programs by State/Country
