I know Cornell offers a summer program on hospitality management. But are there any other colleges that offers this topic as a summer program too? Thanks.

I think Columbia offers a really good summer seminar on watching paint dry you might be interested in.

I’d recommend that Cornell summer program. I don’t know if the rankings have changed, but I seem to recollect that Cornell was one of the top 5, if not the #1, school for hotel management in the country. Go for it. If you’re truly interested in the program, you’ll have a great time.

There really are not many business-oriented summer programs that yield college credit for high school students.

do you think there are any on the West Coast (and less expensive)?

For college credits in that short amount of time, you wont find anything similar as far as Hospitality classes go.
