Summer Programs to apply for 9th grade student in programming, art, research, foreign languages?
Seems most of good and well known programs in those area want 10th or 11th grade students. What do 9th graders do?

9th grade summer is for community service and learning more about what you like by learning more about it, taking online courses, and obtaining more skills. Save the summer programs for later.
Are you talking about a rising 10th grader. Georgetown and brown both have summer program. EXPLO, John Hopkins CTY programs, and Duke TIP also provide many programs at different colleges across the country.
Thanks for the tips. We found CSSSA is offered to 9th graders and are applying for the program (and only that program).
