Summer School applies to Max units?

So, I attended UC Santa Cruz for awhile, but I’ve returned to community college, and I’m interested in transferring to a UC.

UCSC’s internal policy dictated that any units accumulated during summer school did not apply toward your ultimate graduation maximum number of units.

Now, I’m familiar with the CCC transfer unit min/max numbers, but the numbers are less concrete for students who have attended a 4-year university as well as a CCC, and all I can find is that one should consult the school’s advisers.

Either way, does anyone know if units accumulated through summer school (anywhere) apply toward the max-unit transfer cap?

As far as I know, yeah. The only units that don’t count for the caps after going to a 4 year are AP units (again, to my knowledge. You should really email the undergrad advisor for the school you want to attend).
