Summer study abroad while in community college

<p>I am currently attending community college, and I’m planning on transferring to a 4-year college within next year. I want to participate in a study abroad program this summer, perhaps in the arts (photography, film, drawing, etc.) I’d like to go to England, or any English-speaking country. Do you know any programs that you can recommend? Are there any scholarships? </p>
