I am thinking to steer K1 to something in Hoboken for a sub-let during summer internship. </p>

<p>Check out the dorms at the New School, NYU, and check the 92nd St YMHA, all good options for interns. But get moving. These fill up quickly.</p>

<p>Those three places are on Manhattan. Lots of people take the subway.</p>
<p>The NYU dorms are not air conditioned…I think. The other two places are.</p>
