Summer Terms

For Undergrad students to take classes in the summer term, what do they have to do?

Is there Financial Aid available to undergrads to study in summer term?

How many undergrad students end up studying summer term?

For Summer Quarter courses all you have to do is register for classes on Axess like you would during any other quarter, but keep in mind that classes aren’t open to incoming freshmen. They do offer financial aid for students, both graduate and undergraduate. No idea how many people end up studying over the summer.

However, if you take financial aid for the summer term, it can reduce your financial aid for the regular term. Of course I can’t find that link now. And, living on campus during the summer is pretty pricey.

thanks

i was planning on taking summer terms after frosh and soph years but of course things might change

i have seen the visiting undergrad page but i was hoping it wouldnt b as expensive for enrolled undergrads X-D

i will just ask about it at admit weekend

Are you still planning to take summer classes? If so, which classes are you taking this summer?

How much does a Summer quarter on Campus typically cost?
I’m very seriously considering taking courses over summer after Freshman year. If anyone else here has done this, I would appreciate your input.

Same.

how would the financial aid work during the summer for the courses themselves?
(ignoring the cost of living and etc)
