<p>If you lived in Sunset village as a freshman, around what time did you submit your housing application? Beginning or end of april?</p>
<p>4 years ago, I submitted it in early April and some of my friends (who were not my roommates, but also ended up in Sunset Village) submitted in late April. I don’t think it makes a difference as long as you get it in on time.</p>
<p>Time doesn’t make a difference. In theory they look at your preferences, so having triple with private bath as your favorite might help.</p>

<p>Whatever you do, try to NOT live there. Seriously. Live in the highrises if you can. Sunset is so sterile, so quiet, so boring. </p>
<p>I know it might seem like a terrible thing now to share a bathroom or, goodness forbid, have a community bathroom, but the most fun I had in college was in the highrises.</p>
