SUNY transfer help need !!!?

hello guys! i am wondering for the EOP and regular programs in stony brook and buffalo university , which one of them is more competitive?? if a student is academically overachieved for this EOP program but not financially, is it better to transfer to be a EOP student or regular?

another question, if you previously had enrolled in SEEK program, will it improve my chance to get into those two college?

I think you have to meet both in order to be consider for the EOP programs
<a href="">;/a>

To be eligible for admission to EOP you must be:
A New York State resident for 12 months prior to enrollment;
Require special admissions consideration; and
Qualify as economically disadvantaged according to the guidelines. In selecting students for the program, priority is given to applicants from historically disadvantaged backgrounds.
Note: Applicants deemed ineligible for EOP may still qualify for admission and financial aid through other admission processes.

I could be wrong. I don't SEEK would improve your chances at all.
