And YES that was Serena Williams dancing.
Kendrick gave his anthem the best he could in a few mins and on a national tv stage without being censored (though he did get bleeped out a few times)

“Not Like Us” won Grammy Awards, so I know that I would have been upset if he didn’t perform it tonight.

I usually don’t go into the gym on Sundays, but I did today. I had to prep for his halftime show by playing his uncensored Spotify channel on the gym’s music/sound system while getting a workout in.

My biggest hope for tonight was that Xavier Worthy would score a TD, but I wonder whether anyone on KC will score a TD. What a disappointing game.
ETA: Well, if I’d known that all I had to do was manifest it, I would’ve done it three hours ago!

Ok I found this funny: We have the closed caption on the tv so we only have to half pay attention to shows. During halftime I needed it to try to understand the lyrics. But whatever/whoever was doing the typing, they called Samuel L. Jackson “narrator”! Well technically that’s true, but really? They didn’t know who he was??

I rooted for the Eagles because D2’s husband is from Philly. I am sure that all of the grandkids are thrilled with the outcome.
I am a Chief’s fan as one of their star players is from our small town. He gave the high school sports programs $250,000 a couple of years ago. The whole town is wild for the Chiefs, so I wouldn’t be crushed if they had won. I am still happy for my SIL.

I did notice the obnoxious watch (wow about the price) – also felt like Tom Brady talked about himself as much as he talked about the game.
