<p>The reason that some of the “questionable” calls weren’t reviewed is because it is up to the coach to throw the red flag to request a review - unless it is in the last 2 minutes of the game (or the half), then it is up to the officials. If the coach throws the red flag, and the call is not overturned, the team loses a time out. The coaches up in the box have access to all the replays shown by the tv crews, so, for instance, they saw that the two catches by Seattle down near the end zone definitely had only 1 foot in bounds, so there was no reason to throw the flag and lose a timeout.</p>
<p>Well those catches were with the 2 minute warning. Still they have review booths up there to give the referee a chance to review it officially.</p>

<p>Because Pittsburgh is big enough to have museums/parks/symphonies/an underground music scene/good restaurants/fantastic universities, and small enough that last year I learned everything I needed to know about city politics by working on a few political campaigns.</p>
<p>Ya know Seattle has a pretty good restaurant scene too- and we can serve a lot more than sausage that is made locally-
we gotcha your symphony, we got your underground musicscene, we got your "most literate city " award( Pittsburgh is #8),your politcal campaigns, and within a days drive to the ocean or the mountains as well take your choice.</p>

<p>how about the seahawks td where they ruled the guy out of bounds even though he got one foot in and the ball crossed the plane prior to going out - you don’t need to have two feet in as long as the ball crosses the plane before you go out of bounds. but did the officials try to review that one? no.</p>
<p>now about the penalty that brought back that 18 yard run or whatever - the one where it would of been first and goal at the one and instead was second or third from the 29. even madden and them said they didn’t see a hold.</p>
<p>Yeah, the seahawks played a sloppy game. They left a lot of points on the field - two missed field goals, bad clock management. But you know what… give them their two TD’s that they earned and they won the game.</p>

<p>Had a great rails to trails bike ride from Bothell to Gasworks Park summer before last. Beautiful ride: views across the lake, stunning multi million dollar homes, beach right on the trail, right through Udub campus and great location at Gasworks.</p>
<p>Seattle is in a beautiful location and summer is stunning. Maybe we can debate this again after next year’s Super Bowl, with less focus on the refs.</p>

<p>I was listening to the radio today and it’s hilarious because the local station here called a station in Seattle, it’s like the morning show with Fast lanes and burns[?] and harassed them, and then had all the listeners harass them too…lol</p>
