<p>I was thinking about the judge in this case and she seems to be pretty good so far. I remembered another Florida judge the one in the Anna Nicole Smith probation case. He had this horrible new york accent and cried when delivering his decision. Does anyone remember him?</p>

<p>I agree razorsharp, Debra Nelson seems no nonsense and focused on legal procedure, she impresses me, no ego. Larry Seidlin, Anna Nicole Smith judge, was all ego, used the trial as a stage.</p>

<p>There is only one person who can make a credible case for self- defense and his story doesn’t match the forensics. </p>
<p>The prosecutor’s case is circumstantial but I think the jury will use their common sense. The standard is beyond a reasonable doubt; not beyond all shadow of a doubt.</p>
