I don’t have time right now to go through your list, check off requirements and calculate your GPA. You have to complete the UC A-G list with a C or better or they won’t even consider your application. It looks like you may have made up your D/F in geometry and Chemistry but, will be a semester short of history/social science from that D in AP World History.

I can’t stress this enough, if you are one semester short, they won’t even read your application… I’d encourage you to make an appointment at the closest UC/CSU to your home as soon as you can. They use the same course list for freshman admission. Bring in your transcript and ask them to check off your requirements. Bring your course catalog and be sure your classes for next year meet the requirements. If not, adjust your schedule. While there, ask them to calculate your CSU/UC GPA. This is just academic classes for grades 10 and 11. Your re-takes will help but, make the calculation more difficult - especially without the make-up grade listed.

Here’s a link to what’s required at UCs and CSUs:

Also, sit for the SAT soon,

Without your UC/CSU GPA and a real test score, I can’t really slot you for any schools.

Post again when you have the info and I’ll try to guide you to some appropriate schools.

You have C, D,F do not apply to UCSD, UCLA, UCB, what is your UC GPA?

Depending on your standardized tests it looks like davis or sb is a match

Until we know your test scores, it will be hard to chance you.

As @NCalRent stated, you need to retake any class that you received a grade lower than C to get credit and meet the UC a-g course requirements. UC’s do not use Freshman grades in the UC GPA calculation. I calculated your UC GPA based on 10-11th grades, with UC approved Honors or AP classes. Your UC GPA is 2.95 based on this calculator and PE classes do not count. You need a minimum UC GPA of 3.0 to even apply and as @NCalRent stated, if you do not fulfill your a-g course requirements, your application will not be considered. Senior grades will not be factor into your GPA either. What were your grades from Geometry during the Summer? These are not factored into the calcualate GPA since you did not post them.

As of now based on your posted Stats, you really have no chance at getting into a UC and you need to take another semester of World History to make up the D. Also you need definite SAT/ACT scores before any other recommendations can be made. I would look to the Cal States as your best options.

You can use the UC-CSU course matrix to determine which courses are still needed and if you meet Minimum requirements.

@cloudtails i made a bunch of assumptions here. I assumed that: 1) you are a california student, 2) only took into account your a-g courses listed, and I don’t have your grades for the summer courses, and if they’re UC approved. I calculated your UC GPA here: 3.13. Try considering CSUs. I don’t think you should be applying to the UCs.
