super stressed what are my chances?

so my gpa is a 2.4. I have a 79 in the last 3 years and i have arouund 85 avg in my senior year. I have taken mostly honors courses in my freshmen and sophmore years. And for junior year and senior year I've become an IB student so that was really difficult for me which brought my GPA down. I take and have taken a full IB schedule. My SAT is a 1100/1600 and 1650 out of 2400. My act is 26 composite. I want to go to some SUNYS but my dream school is Wesleyan U.. for Wesleyan I've done interviews/overnights. I been in contact with the admissions office. I want to know what are my chances for WEsleyan or for SUNY's.

The Wesleyan in CT? Or the all girls Wesleyan College in Macon, GA? As for the Wesleyan in CT, your chances are pretty slim, though not impossible because you never know with selective schools. But it seems like your stats may be too low. As for SUNYs, your GPA is probably too low for Binghamton, Geneseo, and Stony Brook, but some of the lower SUNYs are a definite possibility. Where did you end up applying?

Here is the Common Data Set info on Wesleyan's admitted students' 25 percentile to 75 percentile SAT scores:

SAT Critical Reading 635-740
SAT Math 660-740
SAT Writing 650-750

Average GPA of admitted students: 3.77 unweighted

Do you have any safeties? Would you like some suggestions?

By the way, here are the Common Data Sets for some of the SUNY schools, and another school you may have considered, Stonehill. Specifically check out Section C of each of them to see what their average SAT scores and GPAs are:

so my safetys are
Drexel University
SUNY Purchase
SUNY Brockport
Any suggestions?

Purchase and Brockport seem to be matches, but you'll probably get into at least one of them. Drexel is also a pretty high target. Here's the current freshman class profile of Drexel students:
Freshman Class Profile | Undergraduate Admissions | Drexel University

The average GPA is 3.4 so it's a bit higher than yours.

A great tool to use is Naviance. Does your school have that? It shows you what the average stats are for people coming from your school who got into schools over the years.

Some possible schools to consider:
St. John's in NY (average GPA 3.2 http://www.stjohns.edu/about/ir/tools/common.stj)
York in PA (average GPA 81.9 http://www.york.cuny.edu/academics/academic-affairs/institutional-research/common-data-set/fall-2011-cds/view)
Roger Williams in RI (average GPA 3.21 http://www2.rwu.edu/depository/institutional_research/CDS_2008_2009_RWU.pdf)

Some possibly safeties (I don't know your background, but a few are Historically Black and one is "Hispanic Serving")

Update: Accepted to Suny Purchase and Brockport. Denied by Wesleyan. Thinking of applying to penn state the Altoona Campus. What are my chances for that?

Congrats! :)
