I don’t actually care about the game. I am actually reading while it’s on mute in the background (a book about the history of race and sports, coincidentally) but I’ve not been particularly interested in any of the commercials I’ve seen.

Oh - and WHY is James Bond still a thing? The fact that his love interest is clearly decades younger than him is just comical looking. There are plenty of actresses closer to his age that could be a love interest! I spent most of the commercial trying to figure out if it was supposed to be his daughter or a love interest.
Just turned it on! Perfect timing, just in time for the halftime show. I don’t have a bird in this fight, so we did a lot of yardwork today while the first half was happening.
They did great for their ages, but I wouldn’t mind less dancing ( let the ensemble do that). I couldn’t get the words. Also, why must they dress so skimpy? The backup dancers were terrific
It’s a pet peeve of mine when people compare a current half time show with a past one. Can we just have “good” and not worry about “best”??? (not asking it as a question just stating my opinion)
I would enjoy a whole “Super Bowl” that was just a replay of the last 20 Super Bowl half time shows. THAT I would watch in entirety!
I like latin music. I like both Shakira and J. Lo well enough. They look great for any age.
Dancers were great. Costuming was silly as were the rope and the poles. If you want to put on a dance show, put on a dance show. Don’t pretend you are actually singing and actually playing the drums. That looked kind of ridiculous and as fake as it was.
