Supplement Essay Choice 5: Using a Play?

<p>“Using a favorite quotation from an essay or book you have read in the last three years as a jumping off point, tell us about an event or experience that helped you define one of your values or changed how you approached the world.”</p>

<p>I’m almost completely sure this will be the prompt I’ll use for my supplement; none of the others really appeal to me on the level necessary to write a compelling-enough essay. </p>

<p>However, the quote I want to use, “Well, we’ll know better next time,” is from Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead, and therefore is technically from a play (and not an “essay” or “book”). Do you think that it would still work, or should I pick something else?</p>
