<p>Does Berkeley ask for supplements from borderline international applicants?
I’m currently studying in Canada and my stats are about average…I know the competition is really tough for international students(also I applied for mechE…) so I think the supplement might be the only chance for me to show Berkeley more about myself. So if I haven’t received it yet does it mean that I would be either a clear reject or a clear admit(though very unlikely)?</p>
