<p>For the additional infomation part of the supplement I plan on elaborating on my accomplishments and activites in art. However I am already submitting an arts supplement. Would it be too redundant if I wrote about it? It does say that “in effort to learn more about you.” But it is the only thing I feel like I can easily and confidently answer.</p>

I think you have your answer. Go with what is sincerely most important to you. Your portfolio will show your work; the text in the additional information supplement can explain your commitment to your work. They will support each other.</p>
<p>Agreed about the text showing your commitment. If you have a particular experience or story to tell based on your work, might be good to show how you’ve grown as a person, how it has influenced you, etc so they can learn more about why your art is so meaningful to you personally.</p>
