<p>Do any of you know when the supplement will be ready? I have a commonapp account and they say it’s not ready yet - am trying to get started before end of summer. thanks</p>

<p>Hey you should call the admissions office and see if they’ll be reusing last year’s essays. If that’s the case, they might be on harvey mudd’s website!</p>

<p>Or if you want to make assumptions… a “Why Mudd” essay will almost certainly be on the list. You could start with that. Actually, it looks like they may have cut the other essay from their supplement, based on this statement:

<p>^ The timestamp on that PDF indicates that it was created and modified in the summer of 2009. We just compared it to the one my son filled out in 2008… while there are a few very minor changes to the form, the essay prompts are identical.</p>

<p>Good spotting, geek_mom. I showed the 2009 essay set to my child to think about for now - and otherwise, he gets to relax for the rest of the summer. Meanwhile, I am thinking about getting him a unicycle for his birthday.</p>

<p>Q (Me): When is the HMC supplement for this year coming out on the common app page? Are the essay questions going to be same as last year’s? </p>

<p>A (HMC Admissions): I am not sure on the exact date of the supplement, but it should be ready by early-mid September and the questions shouldn’t change. We sometimes switch up one of the essay questions, but that’s about i</p>
