<p>On the Common App Form, it says that the teacher rec form should be given only to those who has taught you an “academic subject.” If this is the case, how would one send in recs from Coaches, Employers, etc.? Would one just send the letter in without the form, or would one instead just use the form regardless of what is says?</p>
<p>Since the forms clearly say they are for teachers, I’m thinking you should send the letter without the form.</p>
