Supplemental Materials

So, I applied to MIT and I have three major interests: Computers, Math, and Music/Drama.

I submitted a Music supplement.

I can’t really submit a math supplement.

But I spend a lot of my time working on some open-source projects (including some personal ones) and developing programs and such. I was wondering what would be the best way to express this passion to the adcom. I already wrote about it in my essays, but there isn’t enough space on the application to list all the things I’ve done. Should I send in a description of all my computer software projects and links to their source code as a supplement to my application?

Do you think that would help or not?

BTW, I was deferred EA.

I sent in a math supplement, but that was back in December. I’m not sure if your open-source projects would make it in time since MIT’s already making decisions.
