<p>Oh, I’ve spoken with the people at Harvard, and they said it was all right. I think I’m also going to send along a CD with images of the work on it. They also said that was all right. I was hoping for feedback on the work itself more than anything else.</p>
<p>i like the second one the most. i’m sure there will be a lot of talented artists applying to harvard, though, and they will likely all send in supplements. hope you wrote one of your essays on your art!</p>
<p>There’s a reason Harvard still requests slides. The extra step shows them whose truly motivated. I’m not sure they would give that link a look if you posted it at the bottom of your essay. Even if the admissions officers did, they do not know quality art. Slides will make it to VES</p>
<p>^^^ Admissions said sending a CD was ok (see post #3). A CD will make it to VES just as easily as slides – and the artwork will be judged on its own merit, irrespective of the method of presentation. Admissions does not give extra credit for “going the extra step.” Harvard Admissions does not work that way.</p>
