I’m a senior in high school and I’ve already been accepted to the University where I will most likely be attending for business (IU Bloomington).
I’ve been pretty dead set on a Finance/Accounting double major, with the idea that if my slim chance at investment banking doesn’t pan out, I could always go into the safe field of accounting.

Just recently, I discovered the Supply Chain Management major and it seems too good to be true…
I used the National Association of Colleges and Employers Salary Calculator
([Salary Calculator](<a href=“ETC Job Seekers Salary Calculator”>ETC Job Seekers Salary Calculator))
and I found the SCM majors to have a much higher (almost 20k) starting salary than Finance and Accounting.

So…what’s the downside of SCM?? Can I be as successful in this career as Accounting or Finance? I’m hoping for some insight into this field.
