<p>One of my schools, JMU explicitly states they want an unofficial transcript and a letter of rec so that’s why I was wondering if it was true for other schools too. I know off the top of my head FSU and UMiami also ask for letters of rec. Other schools may not ask for them or not accept them, but I don’t think it hurts to be too prepared! </p>
<p>Also thanks for the heads up about the common app! I’m not applying to CCM, but I do have other schools with the common app I plan on submitting within the next week so I’ll be sure to watch out for any problems with it.</p>
<p>One quick shutout, KatMT, I am so impressed with JMU right now! I submitted yesterday and I’ve already gotten response emails, account stuff, and tons of other helpful info. I expected to have to wait the standard 2 weeks to see anything, but i got info in less than 24 hours. I am so pleased with how efficient JMU is being :)</p>
