Switching from engineering to something business related (good or bad)?

<p>I already applied to TAMU months ago (OOSer so i should hear back by around Feb-Apr)</p>

<p>On the app, I put EE and CE as my 1st and 2nd choice respectively. But then I have been thinking. See, no matter what I study, I want it to be numbers related. BUT, what if I do not like engineering and want to transfer into something business relates (with numbers, maybe accounting?)? would it cost me too much to transger after freshman year? (saying that i do engineering my first year)</p>

<p>i dont think it would be too hard since the first year most ppl take the same classes. also if you get into engineering, it would be easy to transfer to a different major</p>
