<p>I’m an incoming freshman in the engineering exploration program. Recently however, i’ve been feeling as though i would rather be in the film or digital cinema program. TThat’s an entirely different college within RIT. How easy is it to switch?</p>
<p>You should probably get in touch with the School of Film and Animation (SOFA) to get some information on that. My S is finishing his first year as a Film major and I know it’s a small program and not that easy to get into. You may have better luck with digital cinema. But generally I think they try to work with you at RIT if you want to change majors. They are always extremely helpful when you call and ask questions so it might be a good idea to get in touch with them.</p>
