Switching to Psych at UCB

Is it even possible to switch into this major?

The page says 'Junior transfer students must declare no later than their first semester". Does that mean at the very beginning of the semester? I’m going to ask my adviser but who knows when they’ll get back to me.

I’m not sure. I know it says that but my daughter can’t declare until spring after she takes a required course. This is the situation for a lot of transfers into her major, and other majors. I think you need to talk to someone at L&S.
