@gerace0103 - You’re most welcome. By the way we did get the financial aid information yesterday so at least they didn’t make us wait forever. One day at a time is the way to go. I understand how frustrating it is, especially when your child is looking for unique programming, a category I’m assuming sports management falls into. I don’t know whether this made any difference but my daughter sent her email directly to the director of undergraduate recruiting at CAS and not to a general admissions mailbox. Don’t know which college your son applied but if his email was sent to a general inbox then I would recommend tracking down the admissions advisor for your geographic area if there is one and if not, send addressed directly to the director of admissions or recruiting for that college. It may help and certainly won’t hurt. Best - Lisa
