<p>Hi I was waitlisted from bandier but got into my second choice of prelaw in the college of arts and sciences. I've been thinking that I would rather study marketing at Whitman which was my third choice. Can i call syracuse and ask them to be evaluated for marketing? if that is impossible, how long would it take to transfer to whitman after i start attending?</p>
