<p>Hey, I just received a letter in the mail from Syracuse, saying I’ve been selected for the Syracuse University Dean’s Scholar Scholarship. It is $6,000 a year, and is completely merit based, apparently. </p>
<p>Can anyone shed any light on this for me? I’m not sure what I’m looking at. Is this really hard to get? Are there any other scholarships I may be eligible for? I’d really like to go to Syracuse, but even with this scholarship and my financial aid, I’d still have to pay $19,000 a year.</p>
