Why are people at admissions releasing contradictory statements? This doesn’t make any sense.

Sad to say, but I’m not surprised by this. Syracuse needs to step it up. From personal experience I know that different admissions staff give completely different answers to applicants calling for information. I’m really turned off at this stage of the game.

why the hell aren’t they working overtime in order to review all the applications? it’s ridiculous. my friends are hearing from Vanderbilt and will be hearing from Berkeley before I hear from Syracuse. they need to get their stuff sorted out

gotta be positive. If the twitter said acceptances as well this week, I am hoping we all get them. There has to be another wave so gotta hope for the best.
It looks like almost half of applicants still waiting. It’s really crazy if so many people get waitlist/reject. Does Syracuse ever consider its 20% yield rate? This is not Harvard
