Any of those are fine… I have the T 84+ CE and I like the rechargable battery and multi-colored graphics. Texas Instruments makes small tweaks to each design (similar to the iPhone) so they’re all functionally similar and will serve the same purpose in pre-cal. However, if you’re into fancy add-ons, the silver additions are typically the top of the line. I would make sure you have the multi-colored display, as that is the most helpful for graphing in pre-cal and beyond.
@pineapple1203 Hey, thanks for the reply.i am not sure if there is a CE Silver Edition though. I thought I red it somewhere but can’t find product information. And if you wanted the better one would you go for Plus C Silver or T 84 Plus CE.
If you’re planning on taking calculus after this year, you might as well just get the TI89, since it can do everything an 84 can, except better and with more functionality. I started using my 89 this year while taking calc and I can’t imagine going back. It’s amazingly useful and has saved me a ton of time.
Why did you post twice?
@masquerade98 Hi,the highest model accepted is T-84 Plus so I will get either TI84 Plus C Silver Edition or TI 84 Plus CE (Don’t know if there is CE Silver edition but I would get that one if there is) I am just trying out to figure out the best model in T-84 Plus color range.
@masquerade98 I think it duplicated because for some reason I was not allowed to post a thread first

I see. In that case, the Ti 84 Plus CE is the most updated one.
