my point is…It is my opinion that a doctor’s undergrad degree college really matters very very little when one is choosing a doctor. There are other factors that are far more important. For some specialties, the fellowship is the gold standard. For others it doesn’t matter.
I guess what I’m saying is…maybe top 20 med schools (whatever those are) give some kind of preference in terms of medical school admissions. But unlike the “implication” in the article, I don’t think that matters as much in terms of choosing a doctor for your care as one might assume from this article.
