I checked my grades: so far maintaining A’s, tons of tests and quizzes already graded

So much improvement It seems i could end up with A’s and B’s around a 4.0-4.3

**All my schools including George Mason will see my Semester Grades/b

According to my Applied History classes; Colleges in Virginia are aware of its Legacy as the class goes beyond a college level class alongside requiring students to do Internships at historic museums and sites in Washington D.C.

So all Virginia colleges know I will also be doing a Internship in advance.

bump bump bump

bumpbump bump

IDK about GM or Christopher Newport early, but GW, Brandeis, and UVA are all big reaches RD.

Thanks, with UVA i know i have no shot but it’s worth a try to say I applied, and GW would be the dream if i could get money ( which I doubt unless I wow them in my interview)

I’ll rank them from, what I think is, most likely to least likely:

Christopher Newport University
George Mason
James Madison
George Washington University
Brandeis University
UVA

I think the first two are matches, but the last three, as mentioned earlier, are high reaches.

However, I know Brandeis has a program for first generation students. I would look that up. (I know that the “stats” of those students are usually a bit lower than the general student body)

[SSSP | Brandeis University](<a href=“Student Support Services Program | Academic Services | Brandeis University”>Student Support Services Program | Academic Services | Brandeis University)

With Brandeis, I actually am family friends with the director in charge of the Russian-Jewish BGI program alongside great friends with the one in charge of all Jewish Scholarship on brandeis and apparently having that on my app, with those ties might help bend my application towards them.

I wouldn’t rely on it too much though. A few people I know here have parents/grand-parents on boards, and they were wait-listed before being accepted (or were rejected and then transferred in).

I’m not saying that it is going to happen to you, but just keep that in mind.

well either way I am not to excited about going to Brandeis,

my main goal is George Mason (I’ll be happy)
or dream is George Washington (With Financial Aid, very unlikely but who knows)

If you’re not excited about it, then why apply? Especially when your chances of getting into your “main goal” are high?

Parents want me to apply because it’s a good school and because they want bragging rights I guess. I think it’s stupid they want it but if they don’t mind paying then i guess why not
