Take Single Sections in October?

<p>I’ve heard a rumor that starting in October 2006, you will be able to take only one subject of the SAT Reasoning test (i.e. only math, with no CR or W). Is there anything to substantiate this?</p>

<p>The SAT has been around a really long time and the math/CR have always been together.</p>

<p>Hmm I think that might be the SAT Subject Tests? I am taking the math section in May.</p>
