"...taken a college course since 9th grade..." does SUPA count?

In the section of the Common App asking if you’ve taken college courses since 9th grade, I understand that AP courses do not count.
My school offers SUPA (Syracuse University Project Advance) courses for seniors. It’s supposed to be the equivalent of taking a class at Syracuse and you get college credit for it that is supposed to be transferrable to most schools, but I’m not sure if I should include this in this section of the common app. Is it referring to these kinds of classes, or classes where I physically go to a college on my own time and take a course?

You should list these courses and check the box that says “Course taught on a secondary/high school campus” and any other box that applies. This information might duplicate what appears on your transcript, but there is nothing wrong with that.
