Taking 3 Accounting courses at a time Impossible, Crazy?

Is it possible to take three accounting courses at a time and manage to get decent grades?

Yes it is possible. But IT ALL DEPENDS ON YOU TO DETERMINE IF IT IS POSSIBLE FOR YOU THE INDIVIDUAL TO DO WELL IN THOSE CLASSES.

i can’t tell if you are being funny with the caps? are you speaking from experience taking three accounting courses dinoian?

No, he’s serious. What he means to say is that your ability to take on 3 accounting courses simultaneously depends on your study habits, which you alone can judge.

can anyone speak from actual experience about taking three accounting courses?

No, not crazy. I’ve done it before, although they were all accounting electives. It might be a chore if one of them was MGMT 120b with Ravetch, though.

I should probably add: Management 128 Fraud class w/ Gardener is pretty laid back and interesting. If you are planning to take three or more management classes, it’s probably a good one to throw into the mix. You learn about how certain fat cats on Wall Street just couldn’t stop when the going got good and screwed over tons of people.

Excuse my ignorance, but why would taking 3 accounting courses (I assume these are the same as units/subjects over here) be any different or more difficult to taking 3 subjects from any other business area, like economics or finance??

I’m at uni in Australia so like I said sorry if I sound stupid, but I don’t have a great knowledge of college in America and would like to learn a bit about it.

I would have presumed doing 3 accounting subjects would in fact give you a possible advantage as you’d be doing a lot of your study in one area as opposed to over several, and there would potentially be overlap/complementary coursework between them. Any insight would be appreciated cheers
