Taking a class at BU through Cross Registration?

Have you guys done it? How was it?

I don’t think there is even a cross-registration program in place between the two schools. Or, at least, I am not aware of it. No, the relationship between BC and BU is merely expressed in the similarity of names only. It’s certainly not as close as the relationship between Harvard and MIT, for example.

I found it here: [Cross Registration](http://www.bc.edu/offices/stserv/academic/crossreg.html)

go to The Consortium

Interesting, but note this:

You won’t be able to take a financial accounting course at BU, for example.

But what if jfac is not in CSOM? I.e., assume s/he goes to BC, and BC has Fin Acctg, but jfac can’t take it because non-CSOM aren’t allowed to pilfer CSOM courses. Could s/he take it at BU? Wonder if that loophole exists? I suppose that’s a question for Student Services…

I believe that A&S students can take up to six courses in CSOM, am I correct? If he/she has used up this quota, I believe that only then would they be able to take a business course elsewhere.

I’m in CAS and already took Financial Accounting as an elective. I’m interested in engineering classes at BU
