Taking a Concentration Prereq Pass/Fail

I’m a premed sophomore who recently switched my concentration to Applied Math-Economics. Since I’m behind in completing the concentration requirements, I have to take four very intense and time consuming classes in one semester (Physics w/lab, Two Econ, Linear Algebra). Would it be advisable to take a concentration prerequisite, Linear Algebra, Pass/Fail to make my schedule more manageable?
The thing is, I have already taken Multivariable Calc and statistics and gotten As, so I’m finished with the math portion of my premed requirements. Also, I’ll be taking several applied math classes for my concentration for a grade, so do you think this pass/fail will matter a lot?

How do you think medical schools will see that, if I’ll already be taking plenty of other math classes that can also satisfy the premed requirement?
