Hello!

I was going to graduate on time.

But then I took a class and met a professor I wanted to do an honors thesis with. Since the thesis is so time intensive, I was thinking about pushing off a class to the summer after I graduate, just so I don’t go crazy during my senior year while I’m trying to say goodbye to my friends.

Does taking that extra summer look bad to graduate schools?
I’m thinking either med school or pharmacy.

I guess I could just take that extra class along with the rest of my course load and not have to take a summer. But it would be a ***** of a schedule.

Opinions?

Also, do most medical schools take AP credit for English?
I’ve taken a semester of english (and got an A) but not a full year. Should I go ahead and take another class to be safe?

This won’t affect my scheduling, I was just curious.

Thank you so much!
