Taking an online biochemistry class

Hello all,

I was thinking to take an online biochemistry class at one of the online universities. Will UC Berkeley accept it instead of MCB 102? Here is the link to the courses they offer.

Highly unlikely that UC-Berkeley would accept an upper division replacement from any school.
