Taking AP Exams Sr. Year.

Should one take an AP exam in their Sr. year if they do not want to use it for credit in college? I mean, is there any point, since apps are done, etc.? For instance, I’ve heard that skipping physics in college is a bad idea in some cases. If i decided I did not want placement in a higher level physics class in college, would there be any point in taking the physics exam after AP Physics C?

any opinions?

If you take the course, take the test. It can’t hurt, and could help. You don’t really know what your college situation is going to be until you show up on campus. Other than the cost, there isn’t really a downside to taking the exam, unless you enjoy stressing out over exams.
