Is there a way to override Axess and register for a class without the prerequisite? I was reading reviews on Couresrank where people seem to have gotten into classes without completing the prerequisite. If so, how?

Thanks!

Does Axess actually enforce the prereq? My understanding also is that they are not strictly enforced.

I don’t know about the past but it’s enforcing it now (at least for me).

knight92. Are you a new transfer student? If you are…you may have the same restrictions imposed on new “incoming” freshman students. Our K2 cannot register for classes until K2 meets with adviser during NSO.

No, it’s not a hold (already talked to adviser about classes, got hold lifted so I can register before NSO).

It does say that the “Pre-reqs are hard-coded” for the class in the 2013-14 bulletin.
