<p>I plan on applying to penn this spring and hopefully, transferring next fall. But this upcoming year i’m basically going to be working- maybe doing some research or tutoring. I would like to take chemical engineering thermodynamics at penn in the spring but i’m not sure if they allow non degree-seeking students to do this. I called the admissions office and to put it simply, they’re not sure.</p>
