Taking Dec. Math2C and Chem in 30 minutes, any last advice?

Like the title says, 30 minutes and I go to 2 hours of SAT. Any quick advice that I should keep in mind? I heard Math was hard… :(

yeah. make sure you dont waste any time in the beginning, you’ll need it.

Skip the complicated Math ones that may take lots of scrapwork. Because you won’t have enough time at the end if you get stuck in one of them and try to work it out. Instead skip it, finish the test ASAP (the questions aren’t really that hard at the end compared to some of the stoppers in the mid-sections), then go back to work on the hard one. I’m telling you this cause I took it about 7 hours ago… an important strategy this time is to recognize the q’s which will take time, and also recognize that each q is worth the SAME. So solving x+1=5 will give you the same points as solving for the antiderivative of ln 5x-1. (neither of these are in the test btw…)

Alright thats I guess the main thing I have been hearin everywhere, to manage time effectively. Thanks a lot!

I just came back from taking Chemistry…

to be honest, it wasn’t as bad as I thought (and this is coming from someone who sucks at sciences and hasn’t taken/reviewed Chemistry in over a year)

You’ll do fine  I heard the IIC was a beast though, haha… good luck!

IIC was a beast. ****.

chem was easy
